Description

We are seeking to hire a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years' experience specializing in civil litigation. This position will be based in Burbank, California, but we are open to hybrid and fully emote working arrangements for well-qualified Litigation Attorneys. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw and other relevant legal databases.

• Manage and oversee civil litigation cases, ensuring all procedures are carried out in accordance with legal requirements.

• Handle discovery requests and responses effectively and efficiently.

• Draft motions and other legal documents using the provided templates and samples.

• Assist in the preparation of legal arguments and statements for trial.

• Provide advice and guidance on legal matters pertaining to civil litigation.

Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active member of the CA bar association
