You would be an integral part of the organization that is responsible for the development of Career Development and Talent Management philosophies, processes, and tools, leading the work from concept stage through implementation and measurement. The successful candidate will effectively lead the overall functional and organizational needs of the team in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the candidate will demonstrate strong technological savvy, outstanding grammar and spelling, and exceptional organization and attention to detail.
This position supports the VP, Talent Management, VP, Career Development and Director, Talent Strategy.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to two VPs and a Director
Act as the lead office support for the Burbank LTS office, including general office management like snack and supply orders, catering, room bookings, etc.
Interact with a wide variety of internal and external partners on behalf of leadership and the team
Handle travel arrangements and trip oversight for VPs, Director and team members
Thoughtfully manage complex calendars over multiple time zones
Provide administrative and office support as required, such as answering phone lines, arranging office access, performing data entry, composing correspondence, and ordering supplies
Plan and coordinate corporate events from conception to execution
Partner effectively with peers to ensure effective distribution of work and office coverage
Learn about the key priorities of the Talent Solutions function in order to anticipate and plan for required work
Build PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences
Build Microsoft Word documents for high level audiences, translating leaders’ notes and direction into polished final product
Manage payment and tracking for consultant contracts, provide leaders ongoing status updates
Lead assigned parts or all of semi-complex projects in support of Talent Solutions
Pull reports and maintain databases as needed
Gather, coordinate, categorize, interpret and conceptualize information and data
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 6 years’ experience supporting leaders within corporate environments or equivalent skills/experience
Outstanding technological acumen, with a focus on continuous skills growth
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Highly detail oriented and organized, with strong proofreading skills, especially under time constraints
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, with a strong working knowledge of Adobe and Excel
Highly meticulous, organized, approachable, and friendly
Willingness and ability to proactively improve existing processes
Ability to lead multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines while remaining composed and calm
Committed to develop trusting and supportive working relationships with team and peers
Accurate typing speed of 50 WPM
Availability to work overtime without prior notice
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an HR environment

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $64,300.00 to $86,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
