Bandy Manufacturing Dimensional Quality Inspector Level II in Burbank, California
We have an immediate opening for a reliable hard-working individual on our 1st shift for a Quality Inspector Level II responsible for inspecting detail parts during in-process and final dimensional inspections, create AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports and perform receiving inspections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dimensional inspections using standard inspection equipment (i.e., height gage, caliper, micrometer, etc.).
- Dimensional inspections using CMM with existing programs and set-ups
- Document inspections on AS9102, form 3 - First Article Inspection Report including balloon drawings.
- Receiving inspection.

``` - Must be able to work OT as required. - Must be punctual and reliable. - Must have a positive can-do attitude. - Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced blueprint reading skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDandT).
- Advanced knowledge of standard inspection equipment usage.
- Basic knowledge of CMM operation.
- Basic knowledge of receiving inspections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision .
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment where required at all times (i.e., safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection).
Wage Range: $23.00/hour - $30.00/hour
