What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the aggregates production team.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.

• Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.

• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $75,300 to $103,530 per year
