Job title – Order Management Specialist

Location – Niepruszewo, Poland

Job model – Hybrid

As the Order Management Specialist you are the first point of contact for Customer Service Department. You will be supporting the Premix operations and internal plant communication to improve production and raw materials planning.

Your key responsibilities

• Securing fluent production orders communication flow

• Creating and maintaining shipping schedule

• Daily contact with customer service department

• Sending shipping documentation to customers

• Supporting transport planning department

You bring

• At minimum, bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related discipline

• 2 or more years of experience in Supply Chain in an international company

• MRP experience and familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures

• Fluency in English & Polish

• Very good communication skills, excellent work organization, ability to work under stress and time pressure

• A personality of courageous team member who embraces change and new ideas, enthusiastic collaborator who works to find solutions together
