Summary:

The Vice President Financial Services will oversee and direct Healthcare Solutions assets, optimizing financial operations, providing leadership to staff, supporting and implementing business goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, advising Catholic Health leadership of organizational activities, overseeing and streamlining daily operations, and improving staff performance. The Vice President Financial Services will provide exceptional financial and stewardship leadership and will aid our organization in promoting our mission and objectives, maintaining positive relationships with external customers, external partners and internal stakeholders, drive towards the achievement of organizational goals, and maintain sound financial practices. The Vice President Financial Services will communication effectively, provide strong leadership and mentorship, and demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills. The Vice President Financial Services will streamline operations across multi-client based engagements, effectively and efficiently direct operational budgets, improve revenue, act as liaison to Catholic Health and Trinity practices and enhance relations with external clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • MBA preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Ten (10) years of experience managing health care financial enterprises specifically physician practices

  • Ten (10) years of experience demonstrating entrepreneurial skills

  • Experience developing and directing organizational strategy

  • Experience preparing comprehensive budgets

  • Experience engaging with the community; ability to recruit new clients

  • Experience managing financial reporting, accounting and multi-specialty physician group revenue cycle required

  • Experience in medical practice/physician relations

  • Experience with oversight of third-party revenue cycle relationship
