OVERVIEW: The Sr. Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager supports the Non-Refining Operations in the United States and reports into the Corporate Director of Environmental, Health & Safety. The referenced operations represent manufacturing and packaging & distribution operations but are unique in facility size, number of associates, and operating requirements. The Sr. Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager is primarily responsible for the consistent implementation, management and monitoring of all corporate environmental, health, safety, and security programs across six locations which could include to lead the implementation and evaluation of critical EHS processes, programs, and procedures to achieve goals, objectives, and continuous improvement related to compliance as well as injury and non-compliance reduction within the region with the on-site EHS Managers. This role requires exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to lead and manage groups or individuals in relation to compliance with Environmental Health & Safety policies and practices.
