Job Description:
Fully accountable for the Clinical Laboratory Services across the Kaleida Health system. Clinical Laboratory Services includes but not limited to the following laboratory technical areas: Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology/Virology, Blood Bank. This role also encompasses oversight of the Essential Services Laboratory (ESL) functions across all Kaleida Health Laboratory sites. Oversees pre-analytical operations at the Center for Laboratory Medicine (Flint Facility). Responsible to meet the established goals, provide quality services and the leadership skills to contribute to the success of the laboratory and the system.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Medical Technology or similar required. Master's in healthcare administration or MBA preferred. 7 - 10 years in Laboratory leadership required. Lab Technologist required upon hire. ASCP Certification preferred.

$145,626-$200,235.75 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
