Job Description
*Manage all IEPs K-8
*11 Month Position
*Ensure all services are provided according to mandates on IEPs and 504 Plans
*Oversee Speech, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Personal Care Aide
*Complete special education billing for BPS and Out of District
*Attend all CSE meetings and check IEP drafts prior
*Work with ICTs to complete drafts, create goals
*Ensure that all 504 and IEP Progress Reports are completed according to timeline
*Notify all staff of upcoming CSE meetings
*Maintain all 408s utilizing DocuSign
*Run all 504 meetings annually
*Create/update 504 plans as needed
*Complete PD 6 and PD 8 report
*Enroll/Exit Sped students with districts
*Special Transportation
*Manifestation Determination Reviews (if needed)
*Setup OT and Speech improvement
*Organize NYS Testing locations/proctors according to IEPs and 504 Plans for ELA, Math, Science
