Job Description:

Provide direct clinical services on-site, including physician examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of illness and injury. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing referrals from the treatment team, conducting physician examinations for prospective new employees, and overseeing treatment plans. You’ll collaborate with staff and other healthcare practitioners to ensure treatment plans are followed, participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, conduct medication reviews, and make necessary referrals for outside healthcare. Additionally, you’ll serve as a liaison to external healthcare providers and document all findings and recommendations according to agency/facility policy.

• Location: Buffalo, NY

• Start: ASAP – Upon Credentialing

• Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (20 hours minimum)

• Hours: Mon-Fri “business hours”
