Were seeking a high-caliber Science Program Lead with a strong technical background to spearhead our Program Delivery solution. As a senior leader within the organization, this role requires strategic vision, client focus, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing highly complex programs across a variety of industries and geographies, ensuring they meet technical and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing intricate technical projects and fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for Program Delivery, aligning it with clients' technical objectives and the broader organizational goals. Continuously evaluate industry trends and incorporate them into the program strategy to maintain a competitive edge. Establish rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and precision of technical outputs, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations. Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in technical programs and/or large account management. 5+ years of experience in people management of different skill levels. Strong client management skills and a track record of building lasting relationships. Expertise in process optimization, quality assurance, and financial performance management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Proficiency in PowerBI and Microsoft products for financial analysis and reporting. Bachelors in science highly preferred, experience managing scientific solutions in various domains (pharmaceutical, medical device, and chemical). Experience with process improvement initiatives and an understanding of KPIs for this space.
