Compensation

Bachelor's Degree: $21.30 - $23.38 per hour

Master's Degree: $23.10 - $25.18 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate services for families enrolled in the program

  • Oversee all aspects of service provision for youth

  • Facilitate all Child and Family Team Meetings (CFT) and ensuring all relevant participants are included

  • Input and update all necessary documentation where appropriate in identified timeframes

  • Communicate with all necessary providers and supports related to the planning and care for youth/families

  • Fulfill other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services related field with 4 years’ experience providing supportive services to children and their families

  • Current NYS Driver’s License and personal vehicle

  • Ability to build rapport with youth based on healthy boundaries, effective communication and mutual respect

  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgement in decision making

  • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity, compassion, patience, and active listening

  • Ability to effectively work with individuals from a diverse array of cultural backgrounds, beliefs, customs, and lifestyles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Services related field with 2 years’ experience providing supportive services to children and their families
