Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, supplemental, and manual payroll processing runs. This includes verification of time and attendance data in Kronos, interfaces into Lawson PR system, compliance with all regulatory withholding, employment and wage verifications, and day to day contact with all employees of Kaleida Health. The payroll specialist will interface with all levels of employees to identify and resolve all payroll related challenges. This position will utilize a strong working knowledge of Kaleida Health's payroll and timekeeping systems, Federal and State payroll and garnishment laws, and internal/external customer service guidelines. Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

HS - High School Diploma or GED required. AA - Associate of Arts in Business or HR preferred. 3 years of experience in end to end payroll processing for large company with union exposure. Certified Payroll Professional preferred.

Salary Range:

$20.64-$30.95 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
