Job Description:
Under the direction of the Vice President Physician Services and Medical Affairs and the Director of Physician Services, provide ongoing paralegal assistance and support to the Physician Services Department staff and other departments within the organization on all aspects of physician services, physician contracts and physician contract compliance matters.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS in Paralegal Studies from four-year college or university; Or 5-10 years paralegal/legal assistant related experience in lieu of a degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required. Experience in a legal setting including exposure to contracts, legal documents and other related experience preferred. Notary Public preferred.
