Summary: The Manager, TA Strategy & Growth assists with developing and implementing policies, procedures, and innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce needs. It includes identifying market trends, leading educational outreach programs, and assisting in employee retention and development. The position requires using metrics and data analysis to forecast hiring needs, driving branding efforts to position the organization as a premier employer, and overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle. Collaboration with other departments, evaluating new recruitment technologies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends are essential. Additionally, the role involves setting KPIs, preparing reports for senior management, and enhancing professional growth through continuous learning. Salary range is $100,845 to $127,474.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

1, Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in Human Resources, Recruitment/Sourcing, or a related field; or
2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in Human Resources, Recruitment/Sourcing, or a related field.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have experience in a managerial or leadership role within talent acquisition and a background in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are highly desired. Proficiency in data analysis and experience using metrics to drive recruitment strategies are essential.
