Job Description
Summary:
Serves as a member of the HR team, with responsibility for the delivery of human resources programs and services to a designated Kaleida Health Facility. Acts in support of Kaleida strategic initiatives and principles. Responsible for oversight of the day to day Human Resource functions at a designated Kaleida Health Facility.
Education And Credentials
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration required. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred. NYS Drivers License - VNA Only.
Experience
Other information:
5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least three years in a leadership/supervisory position. Experience must include union interactions and relationships. 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least three years in a leadership/supervisory position preferred. Experience must include union interactions and relationships.
