Job Description:

Responsible for performing a variety of day to day functions within the Kaleida Health Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) department. Primary focus is with employee records, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and timely processing.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred. Requires good math skills and the ability to do mathematical calculations; very strong customer service, interpersonal, communicative and administrative skills; capable of producing quality work with minimal errors in a fast paced environment. HR knowledge is desirable. Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Must be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Open minded and willing to learn new things. Requires PC, keyboarding and Calculator skills. Must routinely seek opportunities to expand technical and industry knowledge. Working knowledge of Windows based applications.

$23.12-$34.66 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
