Position Summary: Essential Functions: Tasks include but not limited to: oAssemble and hand Apply Sheets & Individual Parts oManual and Machine Hole Punching oWaste Matrix Removal oInspection oCount and Bundle oWrap and Final Pack Input data into ERP software to accurately account for time and parts completed in operations. Work within well-established practices and clearly defined scope of work. Work with various types of adhesives and materials. Ensure thorough completion of paperwork in accordance with the quality management system. Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment Plan tasks specifically related to job at hand and meet task milestones based on production schedule. Work under close supervision job to job or project to project depending on scheduled plans. May be required to train others. Other duties as assigned by management Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively present information to one-on-one and small group situations Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to read a ruler Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions Strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Ability to problem solve as needed with assigned task Ability to work in a team environment Ability to receive frequent feedback on work task and respond accordingly Ability to read Engineering Drawings (preferred)
