Save The Michaels is growing and looking for Dependable, Reliable and Experienced drivers with excellent attendance to work full time/part time local from our Buffalo office to transport individuals to local treatment facilities and throughout the state of NY as well as various local appointments on an as needed basis.
A clean license is a MUST. . Candidates are subject to background checks, fingerprinting and pre-employment drug testing. A strong candidate would be dedicated, responsible, unflappable, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. Lived experience with addiction/recovery a plus.
Other duties include but not limited to; * Maintains the appearance of the vehicle(s) by performing/scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning. * Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all clients and co-workers. * Provide a safe and comfortable environment in between the pick up and destination. * Respects all paths to recovery * Adheres to all policies and procedures of Save The Michaels Of The World * Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices * Responds immediately and appropriately to all accidents and emergencies. * Reports mechanical needs and repairs and assist in the coordination of necessary vehicle maintenance and repair services (such as oil changes, tire rotation, etc). * Position is Monday through Saturday (days & hours vary) * Primary regions are Erie & Niagara county * Starting point each day is based in Buffalo, NY
