One Family.PURPOSE STATEMENT The Director of Talent and Organizational Performance will manage and execute a comprehensive and integrated talent and organizational performance strategy for our United States and Canada (US/C) region ensuring the right talent with the right capabilities is in the right place at the right time to drive organizational performance and facilitate the achievement of individual, team and company business objectives. This role will consult/partner with business Steering Teams, global leaders, and the Associate Experience Network (AEN) in order to support Rich's organizational performance and transformation. This is an individual contributor role. Monthly travel to our world headquarters in Buffalo, NY with be required, as well as travel to offsites in the US as needed.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES * Develop talent strategies and translate them into strategic objectives and operational plans including the identification of AEN resources (Centers of Excellence and Enterprise Services Organization) to satisfy the delivery across the US/C business priorities* Ensure talent needs are aligned with business needs by being grounded in a deep understanding of the corporate strategy and priorities* Ensure Rich's talent management processes are integrated and imbedded in key talent strategies to reinforce organizational performance results* Champion the continuous improvement and development of AEN key processes and programs (e.g. Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Leadership Development)* Ensure critical roles are identified and that succession plans are in place and actively managed for these roles* Develop, translate and implement Talent Review/Succession results into actionable plans including talent risk management plans in partnership with senior leaders* Develop talent through combinations of assignments, experiences, training and coaching design for high-potential, top talent and leadership development initiatives to meet emerging needs of the organization* Coach and assist senior leaders and people managers in the areas of professional development, leadership development, and change management* Champion and lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure proper alignment of People, Processes and Technology through gap analysis, role segmentation, environmental planning, strategy alignment, scenario planning and organizational design* Facilitate/support/consult on organizational design/redesign efforts to ensure the realization of intended business objectives through partnership with business leaders and the AEN Organizational Excellence CoE* Proactively advise leaders and partner with AEN CoEs to design and implement organizational solutions that will result in higher organizational performance (e.g. strategy, governance, goal alignment, team building, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, etc.)KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or related field; advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred* Ten years progressive talent and organizational performance/effectiveness experience required* Strategic business partnering experience with commercial teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Demand Creation) preferred; supporting client groups of 500+ required* Experience working up, down and across a global organization in support of major change initiatives and growth* Track record of creative problem solving, facilitation, conflict management, negotiation, and change management* Excellent business and financial acumen* Focused on how HR programs, processes, technologies and data accelerate business results* Balances qualitative and quantitative measures/decision making; ability to interpret data and use storytelling to share insights and actions* Ability to develop trusting relationships to gain support, influence, and achieve results* A proven strong partner, collaborator, team builder and a team player with strong relationship building skills with various stakeholders at all levels within a networked organization* Comfortable with ambiguity* A proven people leader able to coach, develop and align organizational design as needs change* Strong executive presence with outstanding communication skills and presentation skills* Strong client focus with a proven track record of stakeholder management* Ability to influence peers, senior management, executive leaders and influence change* Strong interpersonal skills, quickly developing a trusted advisor relationship with the business* Ability to prioritize and manage projects and requests aligned with business priorities* Ability to oversee and deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines* Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment* Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis interpretation, & reasoning)* Proficient in MS Office and HR technologies#LI-BE2#CORP123COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
