Buffalo, NY. Rosina Foods. Building & Grounds Associate. FT. Benefits. $21/Hour.
Summary: Responsible for property grounds upkeep and maintenance, which would include the following: Painting, floor repairs, including vinyl, epoxy and concrete, dry wall repairs, framing, basic plumbing, and basic building wiring including 120/220/277 volt single phase, other duties as required.
Qualifications: Ability to drive a forklift and work from heights. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems. Proficient use of the CMMS System and other computer programs to effectively communicate between the Maintenance team as well as other departments. Will be responsible for updating or creating work orders in the CMMS system to document work, which will include daily or weekly tasks. Responsible for snow removal of facility, which will require operating snowplow, salt truck and front-loader to remove ice and snow from parking lots and assigned areas, which will require early morning starts, extended hours, and weekend duty including holidays. Valid drivers license would be required. Must have experience installing drywall, painting and other repair skills. Shovel snow, basic landscaping and other duties as assigned related to facilities and maintenance. Ability to operate hand and power tools. Ensures breakdowns and repairs are logged for the purpose of generating a preventative maintenance program. Must be flexible in work schedule; including working weekends and holidays if needed. Works efficiently as a team player, helping to meet departmental and company goals and objectives. Must have ability to plan work and as well as work independently; including attention to detail and accuracy in work performed. Will submit a weekly report on the status of ongoing projects as well as any major work that occurred throughout that time period.
Hourly wage $21.00/hr.+ overtime as required
