Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team atKeyBank Center inBuffalo, New York.As an Alcohol Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

What will you do?

  • Superviseteam membersserving alcoholand ensure compliance withthe alcohol service policy

  • Observe and document any alcohol-related issues

  • Answer questions and make recommendationsregardingalcohol service

  • Ensure allteam membersserving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work

  • Assistwith alcohol cut-off

More about you

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer’s permitrequiredprior to being hired

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to provide feedback and coaching toteam memberswith varied experience levels

  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • No college degree required

Physical requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand

  • May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
