Description We are seeking a diligent Accounting Assistant to join our team located in BUFFALO, New York. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be engaged in the precise processing of customer credit applications, meticulous maintenance of customer records, and handling customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with the monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage customer credit applications

• Keep track of customer credit records with precision

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take suitable actions as required

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient work management

• Employ CaseWare for audit procedures and financial reporting

• Concur usage for travel and expense management

• Perform Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial integrity and accuracy

• Use QuickBooks Enterprise for advanced accounting and business needs

• Apply Excel Formulas for data analysis and reporting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must

• Experience with CaseWare is required

• Familiarity with Concur is strongly desired

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• Must be able to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is preferred

• Proficiency in Excel Formulas is needed
