Job Purpose and Summary

Our team is the Managed File Transfer Team and we facilitate File Transfer setups on MFT tools for various file types such as Eligibility, Claims, EDI & Client reports.

The right candidate will have a passion for secure file transfers and quality assurance. Manage and optimize file transfer processes to facilitate secure exchange of data between various internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will:

• Execute on File Transfer Management to seamlessly integrate new clients in the pharma space

• Maintain high standards around security and compliance.

• Be comfortable with collaboration and stakeholder management and leverage exceptional communication skills to work cross functionally with Identity Access Management, File Transfer Implementation and other IT teams.

• Manage incident response and troubleshooting proactively.

• Develop Workflows for secure and automated file transfers.

• Monitoring and performance optimization of MFT platforms.

Required Experience:

• 4 + years of experience as a software engineer focused in file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, AS2, NDM. Etc

• 3 + years of experience with scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Python, or others for automation and customization.

• 2+ years of experience encryption techniques, digital signatures, SSL/TLS, SSH, and other security mechanisms.

• 1+ years of experience applying network fundamentals including IP addressing, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.

• 1+ years of experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux/Unix, and potentially mainframe environments.

• 1+ years of experience with Secure Transport & Sterling Integrator or any other MFT tools.

• 1+ years of experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure & GCP) and knowledge of MFT solutions that integrate with cloud services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Secure Transport, ServiceNow & Sterling Integrator tools.

• Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux/Unix, and potentially mainframe environments.

• Understanding of databases and SQL queries for integrating MFT solutions with databases and generating reports

• Certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) & Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
