Description:

This position is responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships while creating awareness of full range of products and services. Individuals in this role are the front-line for the company and work with a diverse audience to deliver the highest standard of customer support.

 Maintain marketing and sales-oriented knowledge of the Company’s full product line.

 Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from retailers, OEMs, distributor partners, and the general public.

 Consistently meet daily customer contact goals, communicating both over the phone and via email.

 Navigate Salesforce.com to look up customer information and complete or update account profiles.

 Communicate accurate product and sample information including specifications, inventory levels, availability, and pricing.

 Maintain a dedication to customer satisfaction by owning customer issues and seeing them through to resolution.

 Process marketing sample orders quickly and accurately.

 Support Marketing and Sales efforts through targeted calling campaigns for special promotions as needed.

 Assist Regional Sales team by placing orders, qualifying customers, pulling reports, and supporting pre-sale opportunities as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

1. 3+ years of experience in B2B customer service or sales support role within consumer or industrial products industry

2. Experience within an inbound and outbound call setting

3. ERP/CRM experience

Nice Haves:

• associates degree

• Salesforce.com

• Salesforce.com or JD Edwards experience

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally ad written

• High level of dependability and professionalism

• Strong attention to detail

• Energetic, goal-oriented self-starter
