Job Description: We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic and caring team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents or patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents or patients
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs
Assist in the mobility and transportation of residents or patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
Provide emotional support to residents or patients and their families
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
