IQVIA Global Events Administrator in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Job Overview
The Events Administrator is a key member of IQVIA’s Brand & Creative Studio team. The candidate would be responsible for supporting the Global Events Team in managing their projects.
They will report into the Director, Global Events, and set-up event tools (such as event registration websites, contact capture forms, polls, surveys etc), prepare slides, and provide general strong administrative support across the team.
The ideal candidate should talk about their previous experience in managing high-capacity workloads, being globally aware and willing to problem solve with the rest of the team. You must have a sharp eye for detail, be great at managing online files and keeping excellent call notes. We need someone to rely on, who is keen to be involved in complex event, tradeshow, and webinar projects. A passion for events would be greatly valued. This is an opportunity to shine as part of a very stable and experienced existing team.
Microsoft suite proficiency is essential, along with solid experience of using Cvent.

Experience of events or industry tradeshows
Working in global team, across timezones
Able to work independently, with a remote Manager
An eye for design/creative skills advantageous
Ability to prioritize own workloads to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, internal clients and vendors/suppliers.
Fluent English speaker - native or professional proficiency
Attention to detail is very important
Can be from agency or in-house background
Corporate experience preferred
Essential Functions
Setting up Cvent registration websites for event registration (recent use of Cvent essential)
Preparing Powerpoint decks to support event research and offerings to internal clients
Managing printing and branded merchandise orders
Gather speaker information as guided
Booking project calls, taking call notes, and circulating in a timely manner
Work with vendors including: venue finders, venues, suppliers, AV companies, etc
Support delegate communications and responding to queries
Managing team mailboxes
Event project management support
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent minimum education
Degree in Events, Hospitality or Business Admin would be advantageous, not essential
3 years' related experience in event admin
