We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory analyst to join our team in CABA. This role is essential to ensuring that all material risks are properly identified and mitigated. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.

What you'll do for us:

• Monthly Accrual for APU and CPS, validating information with CRM and operative areas, collaborating with finance to validate actuals and defining action plans to mitigate risks (60% of time)

• Track Block Stock Report on a weekly basis (18% of time)

• Follow up on improvement opportunities with areas to reduce impact on Write Off Key Business Indicators (WO KBI) (15% of time)

• Create monthly destruction orders for materials that are not suitable for production or sale (5% of time)

• Follow up on unique lots and coverage (2% of time)

What are the qualifications needed:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent

• Fluent in English with strong writing, listening, and oral communication skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively

• Experience in collaborating with various departments to achieve common goals

• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
