Join Our Team as a Benefits and Events Specialist!

Position Objective:

Are you a creative and passionate individual who loves creating memorable experiences? We are looking for you! Your mission will be to design and implement employee benefits and events, as well as manage internal communications, in an inspiring and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

In this exciting and dynamic role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Benefits Management: Administer our current benefits and develop new ones that positively impact our team across four countries.

  • Innovation and Strategy: Implement our benefits vision and strategy, designing actions that highlight our unique value proposition for employees.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Select suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage payments to ensure the best quality.

  • Organization and Logistics: Oversee the annual benefits and events schedule, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Support and Inquiries: Analyze and resolve all employee inquiries related to benefits with empathy and speed.

  • Budgeting and Finance: Collaborate in the creation of the annual budget for benefits and events.

  • Creative Events: Design and organize unforgettable events for our team, such as the eagerly awaited year-end party.

  • Internal Communication: Plan, develop, and execute internal communication campaigns that motivate and unite the team.

  • Vive Mejor Program: Coordinate local and regional initiatives that promote employee wellbeing.

  • Content and Engagement: Keep the IG of the Vive Mejor program updated to retain our talented team.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Coordinate and develop activities that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Implement and coordinate initiatives that reinforce our commitment to society.

  • Recurring Actions: Manage the area's recurring activities to ensure we meet our objectives.

  • Company Shares Management: Administer the company's shares plan, working with brokers on the buying and selling of shares.

What You Need to Apply:

  • Educational Background: Current university student or graduate.

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in similar roles (event organization, benefits management, internal and creative communication).

  • Language Skills: Intermediate to advanced English.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc.) and Canva or similar tools.
