The Finance Shared Services has an opening for the position of Senior Analyst.

Having the ability to provide effective support and leadership through a business environment in constant change while at the same time balancing compliance / regulatory rules is key to ensure success in role.

In position Candidate will have the opportunity to:

A Senior Analyst is responsible for:

  • Use technology and critical thinking to lead high-quality decisions.

  • Contribute to a continuous process improvement environment.

  • Understand and apply accounting fundamentals and principles to operational and closing activities.

  • Collaborating in complex finance initiatives/projects assigned by leadership.

  • Delivering key financial measures in a very dynamic business, producing timely value-adding data to feed the Business’ decision-making process.

  • Build engaging and meaningful relationships with internal partners and external customers.

  • Handling digital tools to support daily/monthly reporting.

  • Partnering with multiple functions and supervisory levels to provide financial analysis, oversight, execution, and coordination of a wide variety of activities.

  • Assisting with strategic direction and decision making, providing leadership across the workgroups.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • +8 years of experience on Accounting/Finance roles.

  • Degree in business administration or accounting.

  • JDE, Oracle, Sap4Hana experience is preferred.

  • MS 365 knowledge (i.e. Power Query, Power BI) is preferred.

  • Fluent in written and oral English.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and provide insightful analysis that illustrates key cause and effect, business, and value drivers.

  • Identification and resolution of errors/anomalies.

  • Communication. Ability to effectively interact with team members and/or management, providing clear, logical recommendations in a concise manner, to either internal or external stakeholders.

  • Leadership & Initiative. Demonstrated ability to articulate goals, encourage others to follow, champion issues and effectively engage, mobilize, and influence organizations or teams, with or without direct performance.

  • Management responsibilities. Demonstrated persistence in driving progress on department initiatives and consistently seeking to broaden the scope of their role.

  • Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and other SMEs.

  • Ability to learn on the job and relate activities to business model being supported.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels and diverse functions.

  • Enjoy working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds in a collaborative and respectful environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.

  • Independent thinker and self-starter, with strong time management and prioritization skills
