What is the job about?

In this role you will join a global team of experienced an Italian speaking Talent Acquisitions Specialists and get an opportunity to work and develop your skills in a truly global environment.

Located at our office in central Budapest you will be a trusted advisor and collaboration partner to our Hiring Managers across Europe. You will understand and translate business needs into recruitment strategies for each vacancy - ensuring that high quality is delivered and that value adding activities are used to attract and recruit the best candidates.

Your main responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting active and passive candidates using creative search techniques, tools and talent platforms/communities

• Screening candidates against required skills and experience

• Providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience during recruitments

• Providing feedback to all candidates in a timely manner

• Providing support in salary negotiations and the final contract offer

• Establishing high user-satisfaction in the recruitment process - both internally and externally

• Maintaining and establishing vendor relationships

• Being a trusted advisor for the business in all Talent Acquisition matters

Your background:

We imagine that hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant business fields and that you have some years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Besides this, you have:

• A creative approach and experience in sourcing using a range of techniques e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter

• A focused mentality and a pragmatic attitude

• The ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity

• The ability to encourage Hiring Managers to see potential

• Good communication skills

• Professional proficiency verbally and written in English and Italian. French and Spanish will be beneficial

As a person, you are engaging, service-minded and you know how to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You work well in a team and can handle multiple tasks at the same time. Finally, you have a good grasp of business and prefer working in an active setting.
