About Your Mission:

· Optimize Global Processes: Lead the identification and implementation of improvements to enhance our talent acquisition processes worldwide.

· Set and Uphold Standards: Define and enforce global TA standards, providing strategic guidance and comprehensive training to our diverse teams.

· Document Excellence: Ensure all TA processes are thoroughly documented, accurate, and easily accessible.

· Lead Strategic Projects: Drive high-impact TA projects, including process optimization and innovative technology implementations.

· Collaborate with Global Teams: Partner with regional teams to adapt global processes to local needs, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.

· Engage Senior Stakeholders: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex process and system issues, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment.

· Ensure Compliance and Governance: Maintain expert knowledge of global labor laws and recruitment trends, ensuring all processes adhere to the highest standards of compliance.

We imagine that you have:

· Proven experience in talent acquisition, process improvement, and project management.

· Ability to build trust and interact with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Strong understanding of global labor laws and recruitment trends.

· Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams and adapt global processes to local needs.

· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

· Results-orientated approach and experience from a fast-paced environment.

· Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
