Team/Role Overview
Through managing the day-to-day processes, Citi’s Procurement Team plays a pivotal role in supporting Citi’s mission. We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your job will be focused on working closely with the Sourcing Category Lead with system and contract related administrative tasks.
What you’ll do
Assist with deliverables related to global data and information analytics strategy, and plan for procurement services.
Administer contracts and category related data in internal systems and tools.
Ensure adherence to Citi processes and procedures.
Participate in the preparations and analysis of bid packages, eAuction events, and formal request process replies, as well as create reports and graphs/charts to illustrate saves or spending.
Partner with internal business units to consolidate information, perform ad hoc spend requests, generate program compliance monitoring reports, commodity reports, and formal request process analysis.
What we’ll need from you
1-3 years of experience in a multinational company (relevant experience is an advantage).
Fluent written and verbal English knowledge.
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of supply chain management, procurement management, Procurement tools (e.g. Oracle) is an advantage.
