Source to Value Trainee

S2V trainees play a key role in the day-to-day activities and supporting financial reporting needs. The focus of the role is on ensuring that KPIs are met. Key tasks include daily reporting, recording, tracking assigned work and stakeholder management. You will work closely with the partners, specialists, financial professionals and outside vendors. Success in this role will be demonstrated through accurate payment and financial transaction processing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of S2V team

• Track partner and specialist obligations, take accurate and timely action, gain approval where necessary; Identify, report as per need, and instructed

• Create mass communication, send out performance summaries. Create MOMs; Plan meetings and trainings

• Work with external vendors to resolve any invoice problems or inaccuracies

• Ensure all accounts payable processes meet applicable compliance guidelines and corporate standards

• Collaborate with other accounting and finance team members

• Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed

• Basic invoice processing and query management

About you

• Active student status for min 1 year

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Can-do attitude, team player, quick learner

• Experience with SAP ERP and financial transaction reporting is an advantage

• Fluent in English, Ukrainian

• Ability to work 25-30 hours per week
