The ABS Country Process Lead is responsible for the successful design, implementation and management of business services within a given country. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure the successful delivery of ABS projects and services.

Your Impact

  • You will develop and execute strategies in the respective country and ensure that business service solutions are in alignment with global objectives, function guidance and local market needs

  • You will establish and oversee processes and tools for implementing services across shared service centers, collaborating with local business units, global function heads, and external partners

  • You will monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery

  • You will lead and manage the AGCO Business Services team, oversee daily operations of the shared service center and ensure that all activities are performed efficiently and effectively

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Strategic Management or a related field

  • +10 years of business experience, including significant experience in a process role within a global organization

  • Strong understanding of governance structures and processes within the Global Business Services Environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
