Citigroup Senior Information Security Administration Analyst in Budapest, Hungary

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Information Security Administration (ISA) Service Delivery is a global organization within CISO with 600+ staff located across the globe. IAM ISA Service Delivery manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. IAM Ops works in partnership with CISO to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business driven technology projects related to information security issues.

Responsible for fulfilling security maintenance related requests in all banking applications and other systems, which have security module. Provide core customer service support regarding the targeted applications and systems. This position requires the individual to operate within a team environment and work closely with other groups within the business and throughout Citi.

This role will provide opportunities to deepen the knowledge of the special characteristics of a global team within a multinational company. This role also provides opportunity to develop the individual’s project management skills, to plan and get prepared for the upcoming milestones which effect the team’s daily operation.

What you will do:

  • Handling complex, multi-tiered escalations, problems independently by utilizing key information security administration practices, policies and providing excellent customer service.

  • Leading and resolving severity escalations and identify root cause and creating corrective action plans.

  • Representing IAM Operations Service Delivery on compliance calls, meeting with Audit.

  • Collecting and analyzing evidence (deliverables) with internal/external compliance and auditing agencies / officials and add intelligence into the information collected.

  • Performing any kind of ID or Functional ID related processes, like Group, profile and role management, Functional and Temporary ID management.

  • Ensuring adherence to pre-assigned SLO requirements for designated requests at a personal and team level.

  • Performing system setup, packaging, and installation. Identifying need for new tasks and creating them on demand.

  • Checking and reviewing implementation of already established security procedures within the framework of specific system assignments, focusing on the full scope of IAM Service Catalogue requirements for simple thru complex, multi-tiered applications.

  • Utilizing key information security administration tools.

  • Maintaining excellent availability to achieve strong results. Providing on-call support as appropriate.

  • Supporting automation program, including creation of Business Requirement Document and Minor Development Document.

What we will need from you:

  • At least 4+ years’ experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with customer service experience in data management

  • Minimum High School Degree, however, bachelor’s degree or higher is an advantage or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience.

  • Complex application or system knowledge

  • Appreciated as benefit programming languages knowledge: VB, JavaScript, HTML, Shell Scripts.

  • SSCP/CISSP/ITIL/PMP/LEAN certificate is advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and troubleshooting skills.

  • Customer service orientation

  • Excellent command of English language (both verbal and written)

  • Spanish language (both verbal and written) is required.

  • Hungarian language knowledge is a must.

  • Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity.

  • Proven use of discretion and judgment given the subject sensitivity of the work data

  • Ability to manage multiple efforts and adjust priorities with evolving work efforts.

  • Analytical and detail oriented
