This position is responsible for AP reconciliations (direct debit, open items) for EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with several departments to ensure resolution of any vendor account open item.

• Maintain and update all process documentation.

• Ensure timely management and reconciliation of vendor accounts and statements.

• Monitor direct debit payments to ensure funds are cleared and allocated correctly.

• Investigate and resolve any unmatched items or payment issues.

• Perform reconciliation of direct debit payments and bank statements to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.

• Resolving queries and collaborating closely with vendors and local purchasing teams via e-mails.

• Find opportunities to improve the efficiency of direct debit processing and reconciliation workflows.

Minimum Requirements:

• Advanced English skill is a must!

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or a similar financial role is highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of direct debit processes, bank reconciliation, and payment clearing.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to meet targets and prioritize assigned task.

• Must be detail oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in high volume, multi entity, processing function.

• Need to be able to process large volumes of information efficiently.
