Reporting to the Head of Source-to-Pay – Budapest, the S2P Solutions Partner – Manufacturing & Supply plays a critical role in overseeing the management and coordination of specific sourcing activities within the Procurement Services middle and back offices. Acting as the primary liaison between Procurement Front Office teams and sourcing experts, they facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Collaborating extensively with category sourcing partners, procurement teams, and business units, they ensure a cohesive alignment with category and sourcing strategies.

Main responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for specific sourcing activities, facilitating communication and coordination between Procurement Front Office teams and the sourcing experts in Procurement Services.

• Collaborate with category sourcing partners, procurement teams, and business units to ensure alignment with category and sourcing strategies.

• Coordinate with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team to ensure proper sourcing service delivery for the respective category teams.

• Collaborate with the Insights & Productivity teams to define and address all category data and analytics needs adequately.

• Maintain accurate and current documentation related to category-specific processes, contracts, and sourcing activities.

• Generate reports and updates as required for stakeholders and leadership.

• Engage with suppliers within the assigned categories to address operational issues, communicate requirements, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

About you

Experience :

• 4-6 years of experience in procurement, category coordination, or related roles.

Soft skills :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective collaborator with the ability to liaise between stakeholders.

• Experience in overseeing end-to-end processes with a focus on adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and organized documentation for category-specific processes and activities.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.

• Ability to travel as required based on business needs.

Education :

• BA/BS or advanced degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.

Languages :

• Fluency in English is a must.
