Currently we are seeking Project Manager EMEA . For the role you can be based anywhere across Europe, preferably close to our business centers either to Budapest/Hungary Warsaw/Poland, Bucharest/Romania or Prag/Czechia.

The role anticipates up to 25% travel and the personal flexibility and initiative to support achievement of deadlines

What you’ll do:

The role will be focused on strategic projects management across EMEA region ( e.g. process transfers, closing and opening plants ) In the role you will be responsible for:

  • Communication and detailed project transition planning

  • Support the development of business cases for cross business strategically important projects

  • Project documentation ( project approval, process documentation risk tracking, assumptions, issues and dependencies)

  • Budget planning / management and business metric reporting

  • Implementation of multiple sub-projects and the associated finacials

  • Timely status reports

  • Current state mapping and future state development (scenario planning)

  • Application of Organizational Change Management techniques

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education

  • Several years experience of process transfers, preferable in manufacturing or Centers of Excellence

  • Knowledge of Electrical Sector products, manufacturing processes, quality processes and procedures

  • Hands on project management experience related to cross functional process transfers

  • Good Knowledge of SAP , ProLaunch and MSoffice

  • Fluent English , any other European language will be an asset
