What is the job about?

As the Project Lead, Talent Marketplace you will play a pivotal role in delivering on our transformative journey towards implementing a talent marketplace. This position is a temporary position lasting 12 months.

In this position, you lead:

Marketplace Strategy Planning & Execution:

You collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria. You create and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, including clear milestones and deliverables. You oversee and manage the budget and scope, ensuring we stay on target, identifying possible risks, and suggesting alternatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

You lead and engage a global cross-area project team, ensuring it stays engaged, focused, and able to deliver what is required. You also ensure smooth communication and regular engagement of key stakeholders throughout the project's lifetime.

Delivery of user-centric technology-enabled solution:

Based on needs and identified use cases, you work closely with internal and external experts in identifying the right solution (employees, people leaders and candidates), and you design and prepare a full embedding strategy to secure a high adoption rate and optimal user experience.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Deliver agreed solutions, projects, changes, support etc., on time and within budget.

  • Develop a high-functioning project team that takes accountability for shared delivery of the project.

  • High quality of developed/delivered solutions measured by feedback from stakeholders.

  • Engagement of stakeholders (awareness, viewpoints and needs and eventual sponsorship of the solution)

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree or equivalent within a relevant field

  • Fluency in English

  • Previous experience designing and implementing technology globally, ideally a talent marketplace and/or LXP.

  • Experience in managing global complex projects and initiatives.

  • Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholder groups effectively.

  • Understanding of HR practices and how different processes and areas impact each other.

  • Excellent relationship management and ability to skilfully deal with high-stakes situations.

  • Ability to constructively, ensuring people stay on board.

  • Ability to move with speed while keeping others engaged in the change process.

  • Strong skills at getting things done without formal authority.

  • Excellent command of English and ability to express and write clearly.

  • Demonstrated resilience and the ability to deal with uncertainty effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical and actionable solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute project management in large, complex, global organization(s)

  • Proven track record of acting as a key player in large organisational changes, including implementing new organisational structures and design.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to deliver results and meet organisational expectations.

  • Program management and vendor management skills
