Job Description

• Complete product sizing calculations for customer product proposals

• Complete Technology risk assessments of proposed products

• Develop and own DVP&R for full customer program

• Review and respond on customer requirements matrix

• Manage and support the creation and update of all component DFMEA

• Complete design review with manufacturing/supplier plants

• Create all required prototype and test requests to support functions and approve outputs

• Approve internal Bill of Materials and design models/drawings for formal release in all phases

• Understand and comply with relevant company standards and processes

• Work as part of the Automotive team to carry out activities to reduce internal and external costs e.g. VA/VE and manufacturing process changes.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or Equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or Project management

• Knowledge of FMEA, Product Safety (Design Specific), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Problem Solving

• Understand CAPM Process and Customer Milestone Delivery

• Good presentation & communication Skills

• Strategic Thinking/Planning

• High action orientation and track record of driving change across various functions and organizational levels

• Proven project management Skills

• Confident English and Hungarian skills, both written and spoken
