We are seeking a dynamic and talented person to join as our Procurement Process Excellence. Reporting into the Budget to Contract Framework & Excellence Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Procurement function, bringing best practices, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will collaborate closely with Procurement Services (Sanofi's in-house shared services for Procurement), who will be responsible for the implementation and tracking of the frameworks you design.

Main responsibilities:

• Support on capability building efforts on budget process, enhancing the Procurement community’s understanding of the key financial processes and their responsibilities within that process

• Lead the creation of a ‘playbook’ for Domain Heads & Global Category Managers to enable teams to define their strategies – aligning on expectations for a category strategy; the key components to a best-in-class category strategy, roles and responsibilities of Procurement and business stakeholders, how they should engage with their stakeholders and communicate their value proposition

• Support the design and implementation of standardized sourcing processes that align with organizational goals and objectives, defining a global model with regional/local adjustments driven by business needs and regulatory constraints

• Support the definition of Procurement’s contracting process, working closely with Procurement Services, Contracting Centre of Excellence, and the Legal team to ensure a documented global process to be followed by operational teams

• Implement a system for regular assessment and improvement of procurement frameworks, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and market intelligence partners

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging best practices to continually enhance procurement frameworks

• Continually assess pain points and prioritize uplift and simplification of procurement frameworks to enable operational teams to focus on strategy execution

About you

Experience :

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a procurement role, with a focus on global process development and implementation

• Experience in designing and documenting clear global process flows, with adjusted local/regional processes as exceptions

• Experience in developing policy documents that are clear and executable by the business

• Strong understanding of procurement regulations, industry trends, and best practices

Soft skills :

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; experience in driving productive conversations with stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels

• Ability to work in a cross-cultural, global organization

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Languages :

• English is mandatory
