As a Procurement Agile Squad Manager in this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing, agile transformation team who are staffed on high-impact projects across different methodologies such as Design-to-Value, Zero-Based Budgeting, and Negotiation Excellence.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute transformative procurement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives

• Drive High value project, in coordination with Procurement, Finance, and senior level of stakeholder to impact the BOI

• Jointly responsible with Global Category Teams for the definition of project scope

• Provide strategy, support, and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment while driving cultural and procedural changes

• Champion the adoption of agile methodologies within the procurement function and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive accountability and transparency in project execution

• Collaborate with Head of Procurement Transformation Office and key stakeholders to develop and prioritize transformative initiatives aligned with procurement's strategic objectives while conduct thorough analyses of business processes

• Lead change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the procurement function, encouraging experimentation, innovation, and knowledge sharing

About you

Experience :

• Proven experience (8+ years) in a transformation role

• Experience (5+) years in a Procurement role

• Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting experience

• Strong understanding of procurement regulations, industry trends, and best practices

• Deep understanding of advanced Procurement methodologies, including but not limited to ZBB, DTV, Negotiation Excellence

Soft skills :

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels

• Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Ability to manage cross-cultural teams remotely, with direct reports operating internationally

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Languages :

• Fluency in English is a must
