What youll do :

SAP is seeking Global Cloud Services - Network Delivery Manager that will lead the network HANA Enterprise Cloud Delivery Unit. We are looking for someone with strong communication & management skills, including an ability to inspire a team, apply unique business insights, prioritize work to be completed, and make sound decisions aligned to business/operation goals.Establishing, executing, and controlling the service fulfillment process, to ensure projects and Services are delivered in-quality, in-time and within-budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders within the organization to efficiently increase service delivery quality, maximize network uptime and performance while minimizing total cost of ownership, and helping co-create value with Colleagues and platform users.

What you bring:

• Establish firm partnering relationships within the Network team(s), to create, maintain, and execute against a vision for emerging networking needs.

• 7 years in-depth experience in business-critical technical operations

• 7 years of technical leadership experience in enterprise and large-scale operational environments

• 7 years of network operation and translating technical depth into business language.

• Experience with implementation and adaptation of ITIL process families

• Problem solving experience across all functional layers with an emphasis on quick problem resolution.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with colleagues of all levels, as well as vendors and suppliers. SAP conducts business in English, German skills are a big plus.

• BS or MS preferred.

• Strong analytical skills

• Proactive thinking and the strong will to continuously improve the quality of the network.

• Capability to work under time pressure.

• De-escalation skills

• Demonstrated ability to assess team needs and Develop people and acquire the right talent.

• Motivation of people in a tough production environment
