We are looking for

Manager of Vendor Performance Analytics

to join our team in Budapest!

The role:

The Manager will be the primary point of contact for ELC stakeholders & strategic partners, responsible for managing performance data and governance associated with 3rd party external expenditure across several categories. The Manager will gather data and report out the success of different partners while orchestrating the ecosystem of a complex multi-vendor environment. Wile the role will not be part of the sourcing process directly, this individual needs to partner with sourcing to provide performance data to help sourcing make the correct decisions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain category and supplier-level reporting to senior executives and internal stakeholders .

  • Manage vendor performance scorecards.

  • Own the Voice of the customer (CSAT) program as it relates to vendor performance.

  • Provide data to sourcing to help ensure better sourcing decisions are made.

  • Provide CSAT data to vendors to ensure they understand their success and perception internally.

  • Help ensure compliance to ELC procurement policy.

  • Accountable for developing and maintaining effective relationships with multiple global parties both internal and external.

  • Ensure vendors meet or exceed contracted service measures and SLAs.

  • Coordinate vendor activities to meet operational requirements and project needs.

  • Monitor vendor performance using supplier management, contract management, financial management, and governance tools.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the department by reviewing and optimizing/automating daily operational processes.

  • Engage vendors to populate and maintain vendor profile databases and dashboards.

  • Facilitate and support global and regional business reviews.

  • Manage stakeholder escalations, resolve issues and implement stakeholder engagement processes and cadences.

  • Serve as trusted advisor to multi-functional stakeholder teams to design and implement specific strategic sourcing initiatives to meet business requirements and priorities.

Requirements:

  • High level Reporting and Analytics as well as Leadership, and Project management skills.

  • Understanding of RPA and other automation tools in an effort improve processes.

  • Experience in data collection, structure, and management.

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed team & customer base.

  • Ability to lead, influence & motivate Stakeholders /partners.

  • Experience with vendors in an outsourced environment focusing on performance and governance.

  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.

  • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ServiceNOW, PBI and ability to learn new software packages/tools.

  • Strong record of driving operational improvements to support business strategies.

  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Applications, ITSM best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at various levels within the organization and with external parties.

  • Understanding of vendor governance and how to provide feedback without deteriorating partnerships.

  • Ability to establish and document processes, guidelines and policies.

  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, category management, procure-to-pay processes and tools and supplier management.

  • Knowledgeable in current practices, trends, and information; keeps abreast of industry and market trends for Vendor management and reporting; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in delivering value.

Job location:

  • Budapest, XI. district - Budapest One office

  • We are working in a hybrid structure (10 days per month HO provided)
