GKN Automotive Hungary:
It is a truly exciting time to join us at GKN Automotive in Hungary. We are building a new manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Miskolc which will primarily include assembly, and office accommodation.
Our Miskolc facility will represent an important regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base and in phase-1, we will employ up to 500 people from the local community in 2023, and will continue to develop the site over time in further phases in line with our ambition to double (or even triple!) the scale of our site.

We are seeking a Maintenance machining expert to join our team.
Job description
Knowledge of mechanical engineering and operation
Knowledge of TPM
Knowledge of the CMMS system
Ability to lead employees
Ability to plan the work of the Maintenance Department
Ability to conduct technical analyses
Knowledge of machine diagnostics method
Knowledge of English to the extent that allows the use of technical documentation of machines and communication
Advanced knowledge of minimum one of process: milling, turning, grinding, induction hardening, robots.
Knowledge of predictive maintenance solutions and implementation
Implementation and acting as a "Key User" for EAM system - CMMS (updating the database with all machines, launching orders / activities based in CMMS system)
Coordinating work related to the removal of machine failures (machining department)
Analyzing machine failures (creating statistics, analyzes, preparing corrective actions)
KPI
Determination of lists of covered parts and their minimum states for machines – cyclical inspections and updates.
Planning for preventive and predictive maintenance
Introducing and supervising improvements regarding to machines
Carrying out renovation works of machine park
Organization and supervision over the work of external services
Supervision of machine capacity measurements (Cmk) and their reporting/archiving
Reporting to superiors existing problems and threats in the functioning of machines and devices
Proactive attitude
Ability to use tools for electronic machine diagnostics - desirable
Knowledge of German - desirable
Requirements
Higher technical education with a mechanical profile
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Ability to read technical drawing
Knowledge of mechanics and technical automation
Knowledge of oil products and lubricants
Knowledge of machining (manufacturing) process
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an employee of the Maintenance Department
Work in an international company from the automotive industry - desirable
