The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Key Account Manager at Automotive Solution Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading relationships with existing automotive sector clients, including car manufacturers, their suppliers, and distributors.

  • Developing independently acquisition of new clients in the automotive electrification sector.

  • Driving multifunctional project management initiatives by executing marketing strategies and managing product portfolios.

  • Collaborating with various levels within the organization and with external partners.

  • Working within global automotive environment, interactions with local and global tiers, as well as, AOEM's.

  • Conducting training sessions in cooperation with Application Engineers.

  • Willingness for a frequent travel - up to 50 % of working time.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • Experience in automotive markets in Account Management and/or Territory Sales.

  • Fluency in English with native proficiency in Hungarian.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Self-driven approach on market development and client acquisition with the ability to work independently.

  • Proactivity in problem solving and negotiations.

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data effectively.

  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with both internal team members and external partners.

Location: Hungary, the entire territory

Way of Work: Hybrid (Travel & Home Office/Office)

Travel: May include up to 50% of domestic and optionally international

Relocation package: Not authorized for this position
