Johnson Controls IREF Engineer in Budapest, Hungary
We are seeking an experienced IREF Engineer to join our team.
What You Will Do:
Manage and oversee the entire construction of industrial refrigeration projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Cooperate with 3D designer, engineers, clients, suppliers, external vendors and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Selection of machines in design phase.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the suitability of cooling system installations.
Design cooling systems, specifically ammonia systems, based on project requirements and industry standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Conduct regular site visits and provide technical expertise
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to clients and management.
What We Look For
Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in industrial refrigeration (cooling systems).
Intermediate level of English.
Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
Organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
The advantage will be:
MMK membership, designer/FMV/technical inspector eligibility, automation basic knowledge, experience in ammonia/CO2 refrigeration systems
