Team/Role Overview
The HR Connect Inquiry Management Team is responsible for optimizing the sustainable and cost-effective availability and mobilization of appropriate people skills required to deliver scope of services and at the expected level of quality.
The HR Connect Inquiry Management Specialist delivers the service to Citi employees; this in the context of a multi-country EMEA HR & Payroll internal standard operating model.
What you’ll do
Provide HR support; accurately, on time and with the highest level of customer experience focus.
Keep all set deadlines and meet all required service standards.
Gain in-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR administration.
Ensure compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.
Play an integral role to ensure successful delivery through adherence to processes and tools, identification/management of risks and issues, facilitation of and participation in key meetings, on-time completion of milestones and deliverables to meet expectations.
Work with users to identify system and process enhancements opportunities.
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience in Economics, HR
Excellent communication skills in English
1 year of professional experience (preferably in HR Administration)
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
Strong analytical skills and detail focus
Strong customer service orientation
