Job Description Summary

GE Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced product manager to join our Global Marketing Operation Team. This role plays a critical part in driving process improvements through workflow optimization to enable our global stakeholders to plan, develop content, activate, and track campaigns within our MarTech ecosystem.

As a Business Owner, you will streamline marketing operational processes, identify gaps and pain points, partner with IT/Vendors to drive improvements to workflows and monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs.

You will lead the implementation and optimization of Workfront and other marketing technology tools, ensuring the marketing team operates with maximum efficiency while maximizing our current MarTech. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to ensure that the product continues to deliver efficiency and effectiveness, while meeting the evolving needs of our marketing organization.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management, Governance & Compliance

· Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workfront, leading the configuration, customization, and continuous optimization of the platform to meet marketing needs in partnership with IT partners and stakeholders.

· Manage day-to-day operations and all marketing compliance activities to ensure ethical operations and adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards.

· Establish and maintain a robust governance while driving tool adoption and ensuring best practices.

Training and Support

· Develop and lead workshops and trainings to enhance platform and ecosystem utilization across the organization.

· Participate in Beta testing with vendors to analyze new features and internal testing.

· Provide ongoing support, office hours to team members on Workfront functionality and troubleshoot issues.

Communication / Collaboration Skills

· Responsible to building and managing communication plan on progress, updates, new features, roadmap, best practices, and training opportunities to stakeholders.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Articulate the product vision and strategy to all levels of the organization effectively.

Operational excellence

· Identify and address operational problems, inefficiencies, and suggest processes needed and solutions and provide general maintenance.

· Ensure proper documentation and updating of business rules, functional, business, and technical requirements while overseeing processes and workflows.

· Conduct monthly product councils and quarterly business review meetings to gather and prioritize outcomes and share strategic roadmaps with sponsors and stakeholders.

Process Innovation & Improvement

· Act as a change agent, ensuring smooth implementation of new marketing processes, new features in tools to drive user adoption.

· Synthesize analyses, develop new processes and strategic frameworks, and conduct research to construct compelling, detailed, and actionable recommendations for our stakeholders.

· Stay up to date on the latest marketing technologies, process improvement methodologies, and industry trends, ensuring that the tool and marketing teams are up to date and equipped with the best tools.

Project Management & Collaboration

· Align stakeholders, manage product roadmaps, coordinate user-acceptance testing, drive user adoption, and advocate for the product.

· Work closely with marketing and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of Workfront tool projects, from inception to completion.

· Act as the liaison between marketing and IT for technology-related projects, ensuring marketing's needs are fully understood and met.

Reporting and Dashboard Management:

· Develop metrics and reports to improve workflow and resource management to enable end users’ ability to track marketing project performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

· Conduct regular audits to license usage and performance ensuring data accuracy and integrity within Workfront and other marketing platforms.

· Track engagement with the platform and analyze usage trends by function, geography, and business unit. Proactively share user engagement metrics and insights with Marketing and Digital leadership, identifying opportunities to deliver value throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Engineering, computer science, or another related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, technology, or process management roles.

  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront system administration and optimization is essential.

  • Strong understanding of automating marketing workflows and processes within a project management framework.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills with proven ability to navigate and influence at multiple levels within the organization.

  • People leadership skills including expertise in change management, the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

  • Proven track record in process mapping, innovation and driving operational efficiencies.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and apply best practices for tool utilization and adoption.

  • Experience leading teams with agile development methodologies.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional global and regional teams and outside vendors.

  • Great organizational skills including but not limited to managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines, self-motivated, ability to think creatively and strategically and ability to stay calm under pressure or uncertainty.

Desired Characteristics

  • Adobe Workfront Core Certification or other Adobe technologies is a plus.

  • Expert with MS: Suite including Power Point, Excel and Word.

  • Knowledgeable on analytics tools like PowerBI, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.

  • Dependability with a strong work ethic, maturity, and a professional attitude team mentality.

  • Creativity and intelligence – driving process improvement through lessons learned.
